Point of Sale (POS)
Feature-rich terminals for retail, restaurants and takeaways. Supports full on-screen menus, split/half orders (e.g. pizza), caller-ID, SMS messaging and more. PCI-compliant integrated payments (chip/PIN, tap, mobile wallet) mean no extra terminals are needed.
Quick-Service (QSR) POS
Ideal for fast food, pizzerias and delivery shops. Handles millions of orders reliably with touchscreen or classic displays. Includes loyalty, vouchers, customer database, and robust kitchen/delivery integration.
Fine Dining System
All the classic POS features plus restaurant layout maps, waiter station reporting, split bills and hotel interfaces. Supports add-on "O-Pod" stations for waiter entry.
Self-Service Kiosks
Captiva Kiosks come with marketing and loyalty built in. They display menus (photos, flash, video) on digital boards and let customers order and pay themselves. Automatic menu updates from the POS eliminate reprinting costs.
Handheld Order Pads
Portable tablets and bump-bar solutions let staff take orders anywhere. Orders go live to Captiva; optional screens/bump-bars keep them synced even in hard-to-reach prep areas.
Prep & Driver Stations
Kitchen displays break orders into prep zones (bar, grill, etc.) and flag overdue items. Driver stations streamline delivery logistics – assigning drivers, printing receipts, and logging payments.
Digital Menu Boards
Update on-screen menus instantly by changing prices in Captiva – no printing needed.
Access Point (Time & Attendance)
Employee clock-in/out using the POS login cards. Manage staff access and hours from the same system.
Stock Control
Integrated inventory/order wizard that reorders ingredients when levels drop.
